1. Radhika-Saumitra from Mazhya Navryachi Bayko

This was one of the most awaited weddings of the season. We witnessed top beauticians giving Radhika a makeover, to make her look like the queen of Saumitra’s dreams, and boy did they succeed! Radhika was a vision in a rich dark green and red saree, which she wore with golden jewellery and a gajara.  Both families were seen rejoicing and the heartwarming dance that the couple shared at the end of their wedding day, was simply perfect.

2. Samar- Summi from Mrs Mukhyamantri

These lovebirds had a big, fat, Indian wedding, that boasted of vibrancy and high spirits. The couple looked stunning, where Summi made for a gorgeous bride in a red silk saree, teamed with a  blue blouse, while Samar looked dapper in a golden sherwani, which he wore with a red turban.

3. Madan-Maria from Lagnachi Wife Weddingchi Bayko

This wedding was the coming together of two cultures, that are poles apart. Maria, a Londoner who has now settled in India, married Madan, a villager. She was warmly welcomed into the family and was asked to perform all the rituals of a Maharashtrian wedding, as per tradition The way she completed the ritual of ukhana, was delightful to watch. Maria looked pretty in a dark green Paithani, which she teamed with a bright orange drape and traditional gold jewellery.

4. Mohan-Madhuvanti from Bhago Mohan Pyare

In this unusual story you cannot expect the bride to look like a usual one and she SO didn’t. Madhuvanti made for an unconventional bride, as this witch wore black drapes with her saree, and accessorised her hair with a golden spider on her head. Yikes! Even her and Mohan’s wedding was a creepy affair with ghosts and goblins in attendance.
