We have the host of the show, Sankarshan Karhade, visits different families and shows us new recipes through them. Recently, in one such episode, we learnt how to give a healthy twist to patties.

We have the Paneer Palak Patties recipe for you below:
Cooking time: 15-30 mins
- 1 cup boiled palak
- 1 cup boiled potato
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup paneer
- 1 cup chopped beans
- boiled pudina
- 2 tables spoons cashew
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- chaat masala, chillies and salt as per taste
- Start with frying the beans, garlic, peas, pudina and palak for a couple of minutes.
- Take them out in a bowl and add boiled potato, paneer, breadcrumbs, chaat masala, garam masala and salt with these ingredients. Mix these ingredients well together (most preferable with bare hands).
- Make patties out of them, stick the cashew on top and roll them in breadcrumbs. Once this is ready, deep fry them in oil.
You have healthy patties ready! You could eat them at breakfast or as evening snacks. Being easy to make, this is perfect during those hasty office mornings when you don’t have even a minute to spare.
